I designed and planted a garden for the municipality of Amsterdam. It was funded by Fonds Voor Noord, and developed in collaboration with paviljoen Diereneiland, Stichting SPIN, Bruggenbouwers, and the local community.

It’s an edible world garden. Tasty plants from cultures all around the world! We’ve got Chilean guava, South-African garlic, Dutch strawberries, Moroccan mint, Surinam cherry, Pandan, Lemongrass, and much, much more.

The garden has its own programming. So far, we have taught kids how to cook with real saffron, tasted tropical fruit including fresh cocoa, and learned about wild Dutch plants.
